Simon Restaurant & Lounge
Located inside Palms Place
On the sixth floor of Palms Place, Simon is situated along side the relaxing & exclusive pool. The dining room itself is very open and modern. As you walk into Simon, you are facing the glass walls that showcase the pool with the bar area to your left, sushi bar to your right, and beautiful dinner tables all around you. You are surrounded by various high-end wood decor as well as a large fireplace both inside and outside.
Restauranteur and celebrity chef Kerry Simon has created both the atmosphere and the menu to perfectly compliment the classy and cool tropical sophistication of Palms Place. While the menu offers a variety of delicious ideas, the Sushi at Simon is as good as it gets!
The service at Simon is also top-notch. From the hostess to the main person on duty, everyone handles themselves in a calm & collected manner, allowing you to enjoy your dining experience to the fullest.
Located inside Encore
As you approach from the casino floor you’ll have a view of the Wazuzu dining room and the upscale modern Asian decor complete with a large dragon across the back wall, from inside the dining room you may look out on to the casino floor at Encore, the second tower of Wynn Las Vegas.

Already a famous nightclub in Las Vegas, Tao also features a fantastic dining experience on the first floor of the venue. The menu is great and the atmosphere can’t be beat. With live DJ’s playing and a busy bar area, the dining experience at Tao Las Vegas is truly one of a kind. Battista’s Hole In the Wall

A family favorite, Battista’s has been serving some of the best sauce in Las Vegas for years! The restaurant is broken up into various smaller dining rooms and the walls throughout the whole place are covered with pictures of Las Vegas VIP’s and legends… the menu is also on the walls and they keep it simple. Complimentary house wine is brought to the table and “hot-chocolate” cappuccino is served after dinner.
Located at 246 Via Antonia (across from the airport, off Sunset Rd.)
Situated about two miles South of the Las Vegas Strip and just across the street from the runways of McCarran Airport, Panevino is a beautiful restaurant with spectacular views. The staff at Panevino goes out of their way to make every guest feel like a true Las Vegas VIP. The menu and the atmosphere is fantastic with a bar & lounge with live music on the weekends. The restaurant is very large and decorated beautifully. The North wall of the restaurant is all glass allowing guests to enjoy the amazing scenery of the airplanes landing & taking off with the fabulous Las Vegas Strip in the background. Panevino has private rooms available for group functions such as wedding receptions, private dinners, meeting space and more. There is also a deli that is open during the afternoon for lunch or for those just shopping for some good Italian meats and pastries.
LAVO Italian Restaurant
Located inside the Palazzo
LAVO is a “restaurant – bathhouse – nightclub” brought to you by Tao Las Vegas… the menu is a combination of Italian along with some other classic European and Mediterranean dishes. The restaurant is very cool and so is the nightclub above it. The restaurant is somewhat loud and upbeat and they serve food until around 1am for those looking for a player late night meal.

Vibrant blue lit glass surrounds the restaurant and gives it the feel of a Seafood kingdom! With the best fresh fish available flown in daily, Aquaknox offers a variety of specials on any given night and they are all incredible. The service is first class and your experience at the restaurant can be as romantic or as entertaining as your group makes it. Aquaknox features a water encased walk-in wine cellar along with a state of the art open kitchen. Tom Moloney, celebrated chef, is proud to offer an amazing menu featuring global seafood flown in daily!
Rick Moonen’s RM Seafood
Located inside Mandalay Bay
Rick Moonen’s RM Seafood is a fantastic seafood restaurant in Las Vegas with a great atmosphere and delicious menu. The restaurant has a great bar area for mingling and the restaurant itself is decorated beautifully, resembling the inside of an ultra-cool cruise ship. The kitchen uses only organic produce and their commitment to healthy but delicious food carries its way throughout the menu.
Located inside Mandalay Bay
Located just around the corner from the casino, STRIPSTEAK appears to be very active as you first approach its open-faced entrance. Just past the hostess stand is a bar area that is always very busy with Las Vegas VIP guests. Behind the bar area lays the dining areas which are more quiet and secluded than the front area of the restaurant. The decor is modern, classy and unique. The service is fantastic and the food is phenomenal, featuring a wide variety of prime cuts along with a fantastic selection of Wagyu Beef cuts.
Located inside 4 Queens Hotel & Casino (downtown Las Vegas)
While Hugo’s Cellar may be the premier Las Vegas restaurant for couples, the service and the food is so outstanding that Hugo’s can be included into any type of Las Vegas VIP package. As you walk down the curled set of stairs that lead you from the 4 Queens casino to Hugo’s Cellar, you will be pleasantly surprised to find such an elegant restaurant in a “downtown” hotel. The ladies are presented with a rose as your party is walked through the beautiful dining room towards your table. Some of the highlights are the tableside salad creation as well as the chocolate dipped fruit that is brought to the table after dinner. The steaks, wine and service are all top notch at Hugo’s.

The dining experience begins as you travel down the escalator from the casino towards Wynn’s famous Lake of Dreams. SW Steakhouse is situated in front of the lake with both indoor and outdoor dining available. The menu, orchestrated by star chef David Walzog, is truly innovative while offering a wide variety of charred, prime-aged steaks and chops, as well as poultry and seafood specialties. The wine list is also extensive and the dessert is to die for!
Located inside Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino
Similar to Cathouse, Strip House has a red velvet burlesque theme only without the loud music or the nightclub. The bar area is a great place to have a drink and mingle before your dinner and the menu is one of the best in Las Vegas. Aside from their phenomenal entrees, Strip House is known for their famous “goose fat potatoes” and delicious dessert menu.
