Foundation Room inside Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is bringing a whole new level of indulgence to Las Vegas with the launch of their Rooftop Happy Hour every Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday this summer from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Kicking off this past Sunday, June 2, guests can indulge their senses on the 63rd floor while sipping on a curated menu of spirits, wines by the glass, and beer, and savoring delectable light bites amongst the cool ambiance of the lounge or outside on the patio while enjoying the stunning views of The Strip during sunset.
Whether you prefer wine, beer or a classic cocktail, coupled with mouth-watering light bites, the Rooftop Happy Hour menu brings the flavor and includes:
Spirits – $11
New Amsterdam Vodka, Bacardi Rum, Beefeater Gin, Sauza Silver, Jim Beam Bourbon, and Dewar’s White Label Scotch.
Wines By The Glass – $9
Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling, Santa Cristina Pino Grigio, Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc, Intercept Pinot Noir, Chateau Ste Michelle Merlot, and Hess “Shirtail Ranches” Cabernet Sauvignon.
Beer – $7
Corona, Corona Premier, Heineken, Stella Artois, Modelo Especial, Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors Light, Michelob Ultra, Angry Orchard, and Blue Moon.

Vindaloo Tacos – Curry and tamarind braised chicken, mint yogurt, cilantro, lime.
