Virgil’s Real BBQ brings slow smoked meats, Southern hospitality, craft beer, cocktails, live entertainment, and generous group dining to The LINQ Promenade. The central location places the restaurant steps from the High Roller and within easy reach of major Strip resorts and attractions.

Smoked low and slow

Virgil’s was established in 1994 and built its reputation around meats smoked at low temperature over indirect heat for up to 10 hours. The menu combines ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, Southern sides, shareable appetizers, comfort food, desserts, and bar favorites that work naturally for casual meals and large group events.

Two levels of flexible event space

The Las Vegas restaurant can seat up to 500 guests and accommodate receptions of up to 600 for a full buyout. Private and semi private options include the Rodeo Room, Watering Hole, Buck Shot Bar, outdoor patios, main dining areas, and configurations suited to corporate gatherings, conventions, receptions, celebrations, and sports viewing.

The Rodeo Room encompasses the second level with two outdoor patios and a private bar. It can host up to 240 seated guests or 350 for a reception, with space for cocktail gatherings, games, buffet or seated dinners, product launches, weddings, and watch parties.

Live music, brunch, and late night energy

Virgil’s combines its daily restaurant experience with live music, weekend brunch, happy hour, late night programming, frozen cocktails, and seasonal events. Current schedules, menus, and offers are maintained by the restaurant and may change throughout the year.

Major sports weekends and signature Sin City VIP events

Virgil’s is a proven setting for Super Bowl parties, March basketball, Fantasy Draft weekends, football gatherings, fight nights, and other high demand Las Vegas dates. Event specific landing pages can present the current package while the Partner profile remains the permanent home for private dining, catering, reservations, and group planning.
