Las Vegas is getting a new four day culinary festival built around cocktails, spirits, wine, chef driven dining and the hospitality culture behind them. Drink Las Vegas debuts September 24 through September 27, 2026, with more than 50 events across Bellagio, ARIA, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Park MGM.
The festival is not one large tasting confined to a convention hall. Its schedule moves through restaurants, lounges, pools and nightlife spaces across four major resorts, giving visitors the ability to build a personalized food and drink weekend.
Four resorts create one festival weekend
Drink Las Vegas spreads its programming across Bellagio, ARIA, The Cosmopolitan and Park MGM. That structure creates variety, but it also makes advance planning important. Guests should compare each event location, start time and duration before purchasing several tickets on the same day.
The official schedule includes intimate dinners, cocktail parties, spirits education, wine tastings, seminars and larger evening celebrations. Prices, capacity and admission requirements vary by event, and several limited programs can sell out before the festival begins.
Chefs, mixologists and hospitality leaders
The announced talent includes Jean Georges Vongerichten, Roy Choi, Masaharu Morimoto and other chefs and beverage professionals connected to Las Vegas and national hospitality. Programming ranges from luxury cognac and chocolate pairings to chef hosted meals, cocktail seminars and large format celebrations.
One example is An Evening in Paradis(e) with Hennessy Paradis at The Chandelier inside The Cosmopolitan on September 24. The schedule also includes A Night of Excellence with the James Beard Foundation at ARIA on September 25 and a Roy Choi hosted cocktail program at On The Record inside Park MGM.
Choose events around the experience you want
Start by deciding whether the priority is access to a particular chef, rare wine or spirits, cocktail education, a social tasting or a full dinner. A seminar and an evening party create very different days, even when both belong to the same festival.
Review what the ticket includes, whether seating is assigned, the expected dress, the age requirement and whether the event offers food substantial enough to replace a meal. Guests should also check cancellation and transfer terms before purchasing.
Plan movement between the resorts
Bellagio, ARIA, The Cosmopolitan and Park MGM sit within the same central Strip area, but moving through casino floors and resort entrances takes time. Build a realistic buffer between events. Groups attending several programs can use Earth Limos to coordinate airport service and scheduled transportation around the weekend.
Do not add a dinner reservation between festival tickets unless the timing clearly works. Some Drink Las Vegas events already provide a complete meal or tasting progression, while others are designed as a shorter stop before the next part of the evening.
Extend the culinary weekend
Visitors who want more than the official schedule can explore Lip Smacking Foodie Tours, including hosted restaurant experiences across the Strip, Downtown and other Las Vegas dining districts. A tour can serve as the opening or closing experience for guests staying beyond the festival dates.
Drink Las Vegas adds a concentrated food and beverage weekend to an already strong September calendar. Review the official event schedule for current tickets, venues and requirements before finalizing travel.
